Improving structures and procedures

The work of improving is continuous and never stops.

glasses
I put on my structural glasses - Johan Dryselius, Quality Manager.

The need for improvement is continuous and always requires a lot of structural thinking. The better we get, the harder to improve and that challenge keeps me "on my toes". I last week found out a small part in our way of handling projects that could be improved and I could not get it off my mind. I had to put on my structural glasses and make that improvement happen. It ended up in a new Working Procedure that solves the issue! I can now take off the glasses for a moment, but as I said - the need for improvement never stops, so I guess I will have to put them back on in not too long! :)
