Adxto Reminder

Adxto Reminder is an easy to use tool to send reminder via SMS and eMail.  The patient will receive reminders regarding their ongoing treatment. It could be to remember the correct dosage or to remember to increase the doze according to a certain interval. All intervals are set default in our eJournal system and documented. The patient can decide when they prefer to receive the reminder. The advantage with SMS is that a majority of most patient groups have access to a mobil phone. Since these reminders are set together with the patient, it is perceived very positive.

Adxto Reminder can also handle two-way SMS. Most patient see their physician less than once every year and there is  a great need to have better feedback in between the visits. With Adxto Reminder we can set up checkpoints to check the status with a SMS with a status question that the patient can reply on. All data will be saved on each individual for statistics and preset alert levels will send information to our nurses and xBook for action. We can identify and reduce complications before they occur. The system can identify negative trends and will alert for action. A cost effective tool that is well accepted and simple to use for everyone involved.

An example…
Anna just got a new treatment for her rheumatic disease. One way of detecting the effect of the treatment is to document the morning stiffness. With Adxto Reminder Anna will receive a monthly SMS with a question "Good morning Anna! How is your morning stiffness today from a scale 1-10 (1=very stiff, 10= No stiffness). Please reply on this SMS with a number. Best regards/Adxto." Annas doctor will get information if the new treatment fail to improve her morning stiffness and also give indications that it is time for a checkup for correcting the doze.
